hi doc.. I breastfeed my baby. His birth weight is 2.2 kg. now he is 5.3 kg. he passes urine many times (17-18). is the weight satisfactory. do i need to give him formula also?

A. Wright of 5.3 kg is absolutely normal for 3 months old baby, do not worry. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Avoid giving formula.
