A. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and if you are having a coughs then first you should take proper antibiotic and give her 3 ml syrup Ascoril Ls three times a day and steam inhalation

A. do not worry their respiratory sounds and should decrease by saline drops as well as prevention of temperature variations and warm water to drink should be given This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp maxtra 2.5 ml to the child 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold. Indirect steam can also be given. Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
