Q.

hi dctr, my son is now 4 and half months old. breast milk is not sufficient for him. I am taking him powder milk. have done many remedies for breast milk but it's not sufficient. and why should we not give water for babies?? and is there any effective remedy for a sufficient supply of breast milk??

A. yes dctr he urinates more than that but when I feed him he sucks only for 10 to 15 min and start crying while the milk is not enough. Thank you dctr will surely follow the remedies.

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. And that Will indicate that your milk supply is sufficient for your baby. You should eat healthy diet and drink lots of water and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply. Also add jeera in your diet.
