#AskTheExpert Hi my baby is 4 months old he is having cold and my baby weight is 4 and half kgs. My breast milk is not sufficient that's why I am using similac milk powder as alternative feed. please help us in this regard.

you can put saline for nasal drops for baby if baby nose is choke up and also massage baby chest and back with warm ajwain pouch to give relief from cold giving indirect team will also help if baby urination frequency and weight gain is good then no need to give formula milk. take Shatavari powder twice in milk to improve your breast milk supply
include fond ke laddu poppy seeds fenugreek seeds green leafy veggies oatmeal in your diet..
