Hi Concern some this kind of small patches inmy kid legs which cream to put as its one month pathes are still used momate cream its patches reduce but after applying skintop its rised again.

A. some kind fungal infection it seems to me.. you can use candid dusting cream... maintain hygiene.. consult the skin specialist.. and then accordingly take the treatment.. take care..
