hi can I tie cloth or belt to reduce tummy as I have gone with c sec and now it's already 9 months completed ll it work now

A. yes you can tie a clitg as thats also as good as tge belt abd will help yiu a great deal. try to wat well abs tsje lirs of fluid too

A. Hello mom No it will not work at all. The only thing you can do is you can use maternity belt or you have to start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at lease for 40 minutes every morning. Also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
