give 2-3 servings of full fat buffalo milk with some dry fruits and chyawanprash....
give 2-3 fruits daily..
massage with homemade desi ghee and bath baby with raw milk and use coconut oil as moisturisers after bath.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Hi I give all gmaily foods to my kid like idli, dosa, upma, ragi, somedays ya cheese butter breads too lunch it s dal, rice any veggies egg, chicken, fish, soups, spinach for dinner it's rotis or doasa or even rice will do. For snacks I give fruits, veggies some junk very rarely.
