hi avanya complete 2 yr 4 months she have not complete teeth so I am worried

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process of teeth
