Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and keep having Satavari powder with desi cow milk twice a day and have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and increase the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet.
