Q.
Hi.... am started to give hot water (after cool)for my 3month baby girl.. justnw I knew mother's milk is enough for feeding baby...but I gave water regularly from 2month..approximately 200ml per day.. .is that any dangerous???

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. oh goodness !! it is quite too much water water isn't required because the initial portion of breast milk is water that takes care of hydration and water fills up the small capacity of stomach without providing nutrients
