Hi am a mom of 4month old gal baby. all of a sudden I could see reduction in milk in my breast. what could be the reason and how to increase?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet diet to increase breastmilk supply. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
