Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent please measure the temperature and if it's 100f or more then please administer the paracetamol drops as per her weight and age please don't give her the same for more than four times and that too In the prescribed quantity please keep her well hydrated when she has fevrr
