Hi am 12 weeks pregnant I have synchronic hemorrage with2 cm. Now I have brown bleeding is it to worry r any complications

You have to consult your doctor asap and they will give you medications to control the bleeding.
During this time we have to be extra careful as early pregnancies are very sensitive
