Q.
Hi All my baby is 4 days old , she is passing urine with the count like 4 and she is taking feed well. may I know is it fine or do I need to seek medical advise.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 months agoA. dear mum , check the urine count for a period of 24 hrs . it shd b 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs it shows good feeding. until the baby regains the birth wt u shd feed frequently every 2 hrs including night

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain. Baby should be gaining at least 400 to 500 g per month, pass adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
