My baby passing urine 4 times day, he is in 4 month , we consulted doctor everything was normal still I don’t know he is alright or not ,passing urine little sometime urine colour changes and Oder also bit please help

A. What are you should usually passed urine at least 10 times in the day or sometimes 12 to 15 times in a day is also considered very normal to right now the urine output is really very very less and since if you feel that I smell or something is better to get a urine test done for the child
