Q.

Hi all, I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and my tsh level is 4.76. I’m taking tablet for thyroid since the 6th week of pregnancy and still continuing. I didn’t have thyroid issues before I was pregnant. It started once I got pregnant. Will I deliver a healthy baby without any issues and also will the hypothyroidism be transferred to baby as well.

A. yes you can have. in all cases you can't take self medication. specifically in this case you need ultra sound and check up both and take pills only after a proper prescription ok
