Q.
hi all, I am breastfeeding mother of 5months old baby suddenly from past one week my breastmilk is reduced don't know why...i am trying my best to increase breastmilk by having meethi seeds, more liquids and veggies and galact powder with milk.. but still it is not increasing.. sometimes baby also refusing to have bm.. please help me

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
To increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
Stay hydrated
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
