hi after vaccination...I gave my baby 4 ml p250 mg instead of 2.5 ml only once...is it overdose

A. good evening yes definitely have given almost double the dosage prescribed you try to be more careful in the future as of now there is nothing required to be done but in the future to have to be more vigilant
