Hi I have 5 ml sinarest to my 2 year old instead of 3.5 ml I am worried Please advise ?

It is going to be 2.5 ML not 3.5 ML of actually given double the dosage of the medicine but right now I will see don’t worry just don’t give it again for the same day given to dosages in one time is the child is going to sleep for a longer duration because it has good amount of paracetamol
