Spinach and other leafy greens, carrot,beet root,dates, raisins, almonds, walnuts, pomegranate, sweet potato, flax seeds.
Do regular scalp massage with warm oil,hair packs egg pack, hibiscus leaves/flowers, fenugreek seeds pack, onion oil or pack for controlling hairfall.
