Q.

Hi after introducing solids my babies are not taking water properly which leads to constipation. Whenever we are trying they are refusing to take water

A. Good option is to give after six months baby Watermelon 🍉

A. We are giving banana, apple, rice and ragi porridge prepared in home only, but whenever we are giving water in feeding bottle i guess he is not liking the taste and he always rejects it, but he is accepting the same bottle with milk. Also while giving solids also he is okay with that.

A. after introducing weaning food and complementary food it is important to see that the food you have introduced should not cause constipation or gas formation in the child. it is importantd to introduce fiber diet and plenty of water for the child in the form of pulses cereals vegetables and fruits. you can add papaya pear oats which will help in decreasing the chances of constipation. Give plenty of water to drink if the problem continues your doctor will add constipation medicine like polythene glycol.
