Q.

Hi! After consultation from doctor, I am starting dal water and rice water 1-2 spoon to my 5 month old baby girl. My MIL but prepares both rice and dal together and feed her. I asked to make separate but she doesn’t listen. Is that ok to mix and give or it has to be given separate?

A. First of all your doctor has advised to start a way to only you can only start with food after completing the age of six months not before that it’s a protocol basically and second year and I would like to tell you that if your mother-in-law is mixing both the things also it’s completely normal she’s basically formulating Khichdi which is completely fineWrite Your Answer Here
