Hi Actually my periods are getting late by 10 days from may Same with June July month so regular periods but only spotting is there Now it’s aug Also went to hospital in July they tested pregnancy but it negative they told me to wait for 10 more days What’s the problem

A. Might be due to hormonal imbalance so try to maintain. Healthy lifestyle like eat nutritious food and start doing some physical exercise as it will improve hormonal health and start yoga and pranayama avoid stress
