#asktheexperts hi mam... my son is 10 months old....I had my periods on March 2021 after postpartum bleeding...then back to back till June I got my normal periods...suddenly it stopped from July and its been 4 months I am not getting my periods...I had iron capsules also..my hemoglobin is absolutely ok...I m not pregnant...so I am not actually getting what happened..why it stopped suddenly plzzz help

A. It happens sometimes during breast feeding phase but still consult your gynaecologist once and also start some physical exercise in your daily routine and eat iron rich foods take care
