hi 8 days back done c section and family planning operation, I eat rusk biscuit today is it any problem for stiches

A. dear mum , u ate rusk buiscuit it will not cause any harm to stiches but it is better to limit intake of maida products as it is low in fibre which may result in constipation and then straining whicg can hurt stiches
