Q.

Hey Sir/Mam, Hope u all r doing well My baby is in 3rd month , I need to ask how can I increase our breast milk. or can we give something more to our baby rather than milk like dal ka pani, fruit juice etc.

A. hello dear, Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. no solids, other than bm or fm before 6 month

A. No You cannot give anything to the child to eat as of now you should stick to breastfeeding only and if you’re breastfeeding is less then you can start giving formula feeding to the child and as of now you should try to have a good amount of fibre rich diet protein as well as to have at least 2 to 3 L of water every day and lastly I can only tell you if you still do not increase your lactation that way then you can consult a doctor for lactation medicines
