hey my baby is 20 days old she is having so much rashes in laterine place even I am not using diaper also now what should I do I already applied siloderm cream wch pediatric recommended but still it's not less.

You can apply Boroline antiseptic cream regularly into this area and good that you’re not using diaper so use cotton nappy is loose cotton nappies for the child and whenever your child poops or passes urine clean that area and again apply Boroline if it is going to stay there for good time you will see within 24 hours your child will get very good relief
