hey, I want to know that what should I do, or what should I have eat for proper calcium, and iron in my body.. even if I am not pregnant

A. You should eat green leafy vegetables abd millets should be a i or art of the diet as from them you get iron and calcium and a supplement can ge taken from 3 months after delivery

A. Hi parent please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet please take daily sun light exposure
