As you are a new mom It might be difficult for you to insert menstrual cup..you are facing the same situation as mine... currently I am using Menstrual cup applicator by Sirona...It is very easy to use..you can use it multiple times but take care of your hygiene
Simply you have to apply lube gel on inner rim of applicator and on outer rim of menstrual cup... After folding the cup in C shape just insert it inside applicator..and close the applicator by closing device...then just insert it like using injection😅
