Hey Good Morning!! My son is 24months now my concern is that he doesn't talk he just babble and speak gibberish, he speak only 10 to 12 words should I really be worried or let it go please help me understand this. Thank you!

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem continues to interact more with the baby takes time gfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. babble and gabberish talking as the baby speak more and more speech gets better clear and fluent.. keep encouraging break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you can.. let the baby mingle with same age groups
