#asktheexperts my son is two years and two months old he still don't talk properly he speaks gibberish and speak few words less than 10 only what to do

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activitiesd that allow to improve his language -take your child outside (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introduce new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.

A. thank you for your reply, one question here is we are pure vegetarian so we can't give eggs and chicken any alternative to increase weight and height too

A. Hello there ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Babies start to speak small words like maa and paa by the age of two yaers and make small sentences by the age of three years. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc. Thanks and take care
