hey during these days schools are open. My son is 4 years old. he has hb level is 9.2. My daughter is 8 years old. my question how i will take care them according to their immunity. i want to maintain their immunity and health

Diet like protein source of paneer or soybean or egg and also green leafy vegetable and colourful fruits for all the vitamins that will also help in the building of immunity for the baby . any protein powder after age of 2 year like pediasure
