It has not been much time to your delivery so I don’t think so it would be safe to have pregnancy this time it’s only five months to your C-section the body doesn’t even heal this far so I would recommend recommend you to consult your gynaecologist she says that you can continue with the pregnancy go for it but I personally don’t feel it’s a very good time to go for pregnancy specially with a woman who has had a C-section
