Here is 4 month completed since my c-section delivery, should I now start exercising for my lower abdomen & pelvic floor?

A. Wait, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine. you can walk daily fir some time

A. Better to wait for another two months. Though the external stitches could have healed, the internal stitches will take around six months to heal completely. So after six months consult with your gynecologist once and then go for those exercises.
