Her birth weight was very low and now also she can't achieve her exact weight according to her age what should we do please suggest

and her current weight 4.6kg

What was the birthweight what is the current rate you have not mentioned anything so what you do is you can start giving Top fee to the child seems like your breastfeeding is not enough for the child for overall weight gain so I think this is going to be a better choice for you
