Though a little varation is acceptable as far as they are active for their age and eating healthy as well,
you may give them all family foods now, include foods such as ghee , panner, fresh fruit milk shakes , stuff paranthas, eggs, chicken if preffered, dals, legumes such as chana , rajma , black gram etc ,
also dry fruits , nuts and seeds,sago , soya etc
