you can consult with Dentist for your regular oral health checkup.. they'll check the painful teeth and will prescribe you any medicine and early treatment if required for the teeth..

you can keep one clove between your teeth.
avoid taking sugary and sticky food
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
