hello doctor, my delivery was done through ceserean about 2 and half month ago and just want to understand how we know wether the stitches are healed as m still having a little pain .

An incision — typically a horizontal cut made in your lower abdomen — can take weeks to heal. During that time, it's recommended that you avoid lifting anything heavier than your baby.
