After c section
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months.
Breastfeed is complete food for babies till six months. U should also eat healthy diet for the healthy supply of milk and recover from weakness as there is nutrient loss from body after delivery.
U can start to massage ur baby after one month.
Cover ur baby properly.
Use good baby brand available in the market like mamaearth, himalaya, sebamed, Aveeno etc
