helo doctor. people saying that when mother feed baby after head bath they will get cold .is it true.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antihytussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

If You are here are completely wet your scalp is completely wet then I guess there could be a possibility that your child may catch cold because of that so it’s very important specially during winter season when you wash your hair you should always blow dry completel
