Hello Doctor, My baby is 17 months old. I am feeding egg yolk to my baby. Many people saying that feeding egg yolk causes jaundice. Is it true?

I have not heard anything more observed in this that giving yellow part to the child will create jaundice also like to tell you the jaundice is not created with giving egg yellow I do not know why people spread this kind of rumours which have new head and I’ll do that so you just be free and give proper Ek do they child however you want to
