hi I have 2 months boy ..can I eat spinach...some people are saying it will cause gastric to baby ...is that true

A. dear mum, you can surely eat spinach even if you are breastfeeding your 2 months old baby. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to baby.
