You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds and dry fruits like dates to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Avoid fruit juice and give the whole fruit. Continue to breastfeed baby.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and it be better to give healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also you may include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes and ragi egg along with dry fruits and dairy products
