Hello.. what is the best way of abortion surgical or medication.. in case of missed abortion.. my doc recommended me medication but I consulted with another doc and she said surgical is best.. it 8-9wks pregnancy.

The recommended abortion methods are manual or electric vacuum aspiration, or medical methods using a combination of mifepristone followed by misoprostol. Mifepristone followed by a prostaglandin analogue has been shown to be safe and effective up to 9 weeks (63 days) of pregnancy
