Q.

Hello there, I have introduced solids to my twins and i add jaggery water in two of their meals or sometimes in three meals. I wanna know , can I store left jaggery water for their next meal of the same day ? If yes , how should I store it ?

A. avoid. introduce jaggery after 8 month

A. Hello my dear parent! Ideally jaggery, sugar and salt are not to be given to the child before one year completion. Consult your doctor for further guide us in this matter. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain. Good luck and take care.
