Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplemeuonts like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be rgiven for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Its Five and a year of age and still if your child is behaving like this or having any kind of these issues and that’s not a good sign for the health of the child I think you need to go for a proper examination of your child with your paediatrician to understand better
