hello sir Rudra ko girne se uske teeth aage ke tut gye the jo ki 5 years ho gye hai abhi tak teeth dubra nhi aaya hai

A. aap fikar na karein permanent teeth 6 saal ki age se aane start hote hain and aage wale teeth 6-7 saal ki umar mein aate hain. dheere dheere saare teeth aa jayenge
