Hello sir my son who's two now has a severe cold and at times he is struggling to breathe but his activities are normal. how do I help it

A. Hello, your baby boy is 26 months old and he is having a severe cold so he can not breathe properly so give him steam inhalation and syrup sinarest af 3 ml three times a day
