Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. it can be due to vitamin b complex deficiency as well as it might be natural red so better to visit the doctor who will tell you whether any intervention in the form of supplements is required or not and kindly give plenty of water to drink
