Hello sir, My son is 3years old, I am giving A to Z multivitamin syrup 5ml daily to him to improve digestion and immunity, can I give A to Z syrup long term, is there any side effects. Please suggest.

A. can give but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine but it is at the same time advixsable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the child which contains all the important nutrients and supplements. usually you hazve to give only iron and vitamin d supplements to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.
